2017 Annual Session Student Highlights

Over 230 dental hygiene students from across the state came to the PDHA’s Annual Session in Lancaster to present their table clinics and attend their student business meeting.


Suzy Dynys, of Westmoreland County Community College, was elected by her peers to serve as the 2017-2018 Student Member Representative to PDHA.  Congratulations Suzy!  Suzy appears with Frank Kanak of Westmoreland Community College, 2016-2017 Student Member Representative to PDHA.




Student table clinics were held on Friday during the PDHA Annual Session. Seventy-nine table clinics were presented by the students with topics including: “A New Kind of Dental HIGHgiene”, ”Game of Clones”,Solving Crime One Tooth at a Time” and many, many more!

Congratulations to all the dental hygiene students who presented their very informative table clinics.  Annual Session offers many opportunities to students and a great time was had by all.  The PDHA looks forward to seeing you at the 95th Annual Session November 8-11 2018 in Scranton.
